JMG Hauling & Junk Removal
How JMG Junk Removal Works
From the first photos to the pickup plan, a clear description of the job helps everyone understand what is being removed and how the property can be accessed.
- 1
Describe the items and pickup location
Start with your ZIP code, a list of items and wide photos. Identify heavy or oversized pieces separately and say whether the material is household junk, yard waste, furniture or renovation debris.
- 2
Discuss scope, access and the quote
Tell JMG about stairs, elevators, gate widths and loading restrictions. Flag unfamiliar materials before booking. Agree on which items are included and ask how changes to the load would affect the quote.
- 3
Confirm the pickup arrangements
Discuss availability and confirm the agreed window directly with JMG. For apartments or business premises, coordinate building access with the property manager. Keep an onsite contact available for entry and scope questions.
- 4
Prepare the removal area
Separate belongings you are keeping and clear the access route where practical. Point out anything that must stay, and avoid moving heavy items yourself merely to stage the load. Discuss any required preparation in advance.
- 5
Review the agreed items at pickup
Walk through the removal items with JMG before loading starts. If the pile, access or materials differ from the original description, raise the change before work proceeds. Ask any disposal or material questions directly.
